Words with initial capital letters have the meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

- Service: The TenderScout website, application, and related features.

- You: The individual or organization using the Service.
- Device: Any device used to access the Service.
- Terms: These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and the Company.
Acknowledgment
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TenderScout.
Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Service Description
TenderScout is an AI-powered tool that helps businesses review tender documents, extract key requirements, assess fit and risk, and make faster bid / no-bid decisions before execution begins. The Service is provided as is. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and applying their own judgement.
User Content
You retain full ownership of uploaded tender documents and data. We process that content only as necessary to deliver the Service and do not retain data beyond what is needed to operate the platform unless explicitly required.
Plans and Usage
The Service may offer free and paid subscription plans. Each plan may include different usage limits, features, support levels, and monthly screening volume allowances, as communicated at signup, on the pricing page, or in-app. We reserve the right to adjust features or limits with notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including unauthorized access, interfering with platform operations, or using it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Links and Services
TenderScout may link to or integrate with other services such as Bidsstack or Google. We are not responsible for the terms or behavior of those services. Please review their respective policies before use.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TenderScout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of your last 6 months of payments or R2,000 ZAR.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uptime, document analysis accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute, please contact us first. We will do our best to resolve matters amicably. Otherwise, disputes will be handled through South African courts.

These Terms may be updated occasionally. When updated, the date above will change. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the latest version.
