About These Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and Bidsstack PTY LTD, the operator of the TenderScout website, application, and related services. By using TenderScout, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old.
Use of TenderScout is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service
TenderScout provides a public catalog of South African tender opportunities, links to official tender information, free organization workspaces, document ZIP preparation, team collaboration, authenticated MCP integrations, and fixed sponsor placements.
Tender information originates from public-sector and third-party sources. You remain responsible for confirming requirements, documents, dates, and eligibility with the issuing authority.
Public and Account Access
Searching the catalog, viewing tender details, and opening official document links do not require payment or an account. An account and active organization membership are required for saved tenders, ZIP bundles, team features, and MCP access.
Reasonable technical and usage limits protect the service from abuse. Current product limits are shown in the application or on the free-access page and may change as the service develops.
Accounts, Organizations, and Connections
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for invitations and member access. Only authorize external applications you trust; permissions granted through OAuth allow those applications to act within the stated scope.
Sponsor Placements
A sponsor purchase reserves one available, labeled placement for the term and price displayed during checkout. Sponsor purchases are one-time Paystack transactions and do not renew automatically. Delivery begins when a campaign goes live and normally continues for 30 days.
Sponsors must provide accurate, lawful creative and a safe destination URL. We may reject, remove, or request changes to creative that is deceptive, unlawful, harmful, technically unsafe, or likely to be confused with tender content. Sponsorship does not purchase tender ranking, endorsement, or control over editorial or procurement information.
Availability, hold duration, start and end dates, and measured campaign reporting are governed by the details shown in the application. Client-side analytics may undercount delivery where browsers or content blockers prevent measurement and are not an authoritative billing ledger.
Payments and Refunds
Paystack processes sponsor payments. Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under our Refund Policy; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with TenderScout, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, scrape or automate the service in a manner that degrades it, misuse connected-app permissions, upload malicious creative, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.
User and Sponsor Content
You retain ownership of information and creative you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that material to provide the service or purchased placement. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit it.
Third-Party Services
TenderScout links to issuing authorities and integrates with services such as Paystack, PostHog, and OAuth-capable clients. We do not control third-party availability, content, terms, or privacy practices.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend access, revoke connections, or remove sponsor creative where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or a breach of these Terms.
Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy, completeness, currency, or continued availability of tender information obtained from other sources.
To the extent permitted by South African law, TenderScout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of payments you made to us in the six months before the claim or R2,000 ZAR.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by South African law. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute amicably; otherwise, disputes will be handled through South African courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. The revision date above will change when we do.
