Service Description

TenderScout is a software service that helps users search for South African tenders, save tender opportunities, access available source information and tender documents, track important dates and receive tender notifications. Tender information may originate from third-party or public-sector sources. Users remain responsible for confirming requirements, deadlines, and source information with the relevant issuing authority.

You retain ownership of information you add to your TenderScout account or workspace. We process that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service offers TenderScout Starter per organization through an automatically renewing monthly subscription. Access remains active through the period paid for. Saved tenders and Tender Notifications are unlimited under the plan currently displayed on the pricing page and inside the application. Limits may apply to other features.

Pricing, limits, user allowances, feature availability, support levels, and billing rules may vary by plan and may be updated with reasonable notice.
