Public Catalog Delivery
Tender search, tender detail pages, and official document links are available online without payment or registration, subject to service and source availability. Document links may lead to third-party issuing authorities that TenderScout does not control.
Free Workspace Delivery
Account and organization features are provisioned electronically after registration and authentication. Organization members can save tenders, manage team access, request ZIP bundles, and connect supported clients through authenticated MCP access. Reasonable usage and security limits apply.
ZIP Bundles
ZIP preparation is an asynchronous convenience service. TenderScout attempts to retrieve available source files and package them for temporary download. Delivery time and completeness depend on document count, source availability, file safety, network conditions, and processing capacity. Official source links remain available independently of ZIP preparation.
Sponsor Placement Delivery
Choosing an open slot creates a short checkout hold. After a successful one-time Paystack payment, accepted creative goes live immediately unless manual review is enabled. A live placement displays in its labeled inventory position on supported catalog and tender pages for the purchased term, normally 30 days, and then ends automatically.
Responsive layouts may present the same inventory as side rails or tickers. Sponsor reporting uses measured analytics and may undercount when browsers or content blockers prevent event collection.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, source-site changes, third-party outages, payment-provider issues, infrastructure interruptions, or unexpected downtime may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Electronic Fulfilment
Free product access is delivered when the relevant public page or authenticated workspace becomes available. A sponsor purchase is delivered when its campaign goes live in the purchased placement. There is no shipping or automatic renewal.
