- Saved Tenders: Users can save tender opportunities into their workspace for easier tracking and follow-up.

TenderScout helps teams discover and track tender opportunities. Depending on plan level and product availability, the Service may help users:

Plans and Limits
TenderScout currently offers TenderScout Starter for the whole organization through an automatically renewing subscription billed at R300 per month. The subscription includes unlimited saved tenders, unlimited Tender Notifications, and available source tender-document downloads.
The specific limits, pricing, renewal terms, and commercial terms of the subscription are communicated on the pricing page, during checkout, and inside the application.
Service Availability
We aim for reliable and uninterrupted availability of TenderScout services. Planned maintenance, updates, third-party outages, payment-provider issues, infrastructure interruptions, or unexpected downtime may occur.
Where reasonably possible, important service changes, maintenance notices, or availability updates may be posted publicly, shown in the application, or communicated to affected users.
Electronic Fulfilment
Because TenderScout is a software service delivered digitally, fulfilment is considered complete when account access or paid access is successfully provisioned.
Paid access remains available through the period paid for. If you cancel monthly billing, access continues through the current paid period. When a paid period ends or a monthly payment fails, access to paid features may be limited according to in-app rules.
No Physical Delivery
TenderScout does not ship physical goods, printed documents, hardware, or offline software. The service is accessed through the web application using a supported browser and an internet connection.
