TenderScout provides fully digital software services through its website and web application. All services are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
  • tenderscout.co.za: company website, marketing pages, pricing information, and legal documentation.
  • app.tenderscout.co.za: TenderScout application, account access, tender search, saved tenders, workflow tools, billing, and subscription settings.

Digital Service Delivery

  • Immediate Access: Once your account is created, or once your payment is confirmed for a paid plan, access is provisioned electronically through the TenderScout web application.
  • Platform-Based Delivery: TenderScout is delivered entirely through the web application and related account systems.
  • Tender Search: Users can browse and search tender opportunities made available through the platform.
  • Saved Tenders: Users can save tender opportunities into their workspace for easier tracking and follow-up.
  • Bid Pipeline: Users can organize saved tenders in a structured pipeline and track progress across their bid workflow.
  • Returnables: Users can create and manage returnable lists linked to saved tender opportunities.
  • Tender Documents: Users can open and download available source tender documents connected to saved opportunities.
  • Deadline Reminders: Users can track important tender dates and use reminder support for key submission or briefing milestones.
  • Account-Based Access: Access is tied to the email address used to register your account and is subject to the limits and features of your selected plan.

What the Service Enables

TenderScout is intended to help teams manage the early tender workflow more clearly. Depending on plan level and product availability, the Service may help users:

  • Search for South African tender opportunities
  • Save tenders into an organization workspace
  • Track active opportunities in a bid pipeline
  • Assign ownership and monitor tender progress
  • Create and manage returnable checklists
  • Open and download available tender documents
  • Track submission dates, briefing dates, and other important milestones
  • Use reminder support to reduce missed-deadline risk

Plans and Limits

TenderScout plan limits may vary by subscription. Current plans may include limits for pipeline entries, returnable lists, tender document access, and tender deadline reminders.

The specific limits, pricing, billing rules, feature access, and commercial terms of your selected plan are communicated on the pricing page, during signup, inside the application, or in related subscription settings.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable and uninterrupted availability of TenderScout services. Planned maintenance, updates, third-party outages, payment-provider issues, infrastructure interruptions, or unexpected downtime may occur.

Where reasonably possible, important service changes, maintenance notices, or availability updates may be posted publicly, shown in the application, or communicated to affected users.

Electronic Fulfilment

Because TenderScout is a software service delivered digitally, fulfilment is considered complete when account access, trial access, or subscription access is successfully provisioned.

Continued access to paid features depends on maintaining an active subscription where required. If a subscription expires, is cancelled, fails payment, or is otherwise restricted, access to paid features may be limited according to the selected plan and in-app rules.

No Physical Delivery

TenderScout does not ship physical goods, printed documents, hardware, or offline software. The service is accessed through the web application using a supported browser and an internet connection.
