There is no billing to cancel for a TenderScout account or organization workspace. If you need help with account access or deletion, contact support.
Sponsor Terms
- Each sponsor purchase covers one placement for the term shown at checkout, normally 30 days.
- The purchase is a one-time Paystack transaction.
- The placement ends automatically on its scheduled end date.
- Keeping a placement for another term requires a new purchase of available inventory.
Change or Stop a Placement
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change creative or stop a placement. We will review the request and campaign status. Stopping a live placement does not automatically create a refund; refund requests follow our Refund Policy.
