What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your plan.
- You will retain full access to features until the billing period ends.
- Unused subscription credits may remain available until the end of the current billing period, subject to in-app plan rules.
- Top-up credit availability depends on maintaining an active subscription unless otherwise stated in-app or on the pricing page.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription using either of our billing dashboards:
Alternatively, you may email support@bidsstack.com and we will assist you with cancellation.
If your subscription was created through Paystack, you may also use your Paystack subscription management link to complete cancellation when required.
