Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, authentication details, and profile information.
- Organization activity: memberships, invitations, saved tenders, ZIP-bundle requests, and other workspace activity.
- Connected-app information: OAuth connections, permissions, and technical identifiers required to provide authenticated MCP access.
- Usage and technical data: pages visited, product actions, device and browser details, IP address, cookies, and diagnostic information.
- Sponsor information: organization name, tagline, destination URL, slot selection, campaign dates, contact details, and payment-reference information.
Paystack processes sponsor payment-card details. TenderScout does not store full card numbers.
How We Use Information
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the public tender catalog and organization workspaces
- Authenticate users, manage organization access, and provide requested ZIP bundles and MCP connections
- Initialize and confirm sponsor purchases, display approved creative, and support campaign delivery
- Measure aggregate product usage and measured sponsor impressions and clicks
- Respond to support, privacy, payment, and service communications
- Meet legal obligations and protect TenderScout, its users, and the public
Analytics and Sponsor Measurement
TenderScout uses analytics services, including PostHog, to understand product use and reliability. Paid sponsor cards may record measured impressions and clicks with campaign, placement, and page context. Browser or content blockers may prevent some events from being recorded.
Public sponsor audience reporting uses aggregate information. TenderScout does not intentionally publish personal profiles, email addresses, or private organization activity in public audience reports.
Tender Source Information
TenderScout displays or links to tender metadata, public source listings, and official documents. Users remain responsible for confirming requirements and deadlines with the issuing authority.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with infrastructure, email, analytics, security, and payment providers when needed to operate TenderScout; with connected services you authorize; or with legal authorities where required by law.
Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can revoke connected applications from your account where that control is available.
Children’s Privacy
TenderScout is not intended for children under 18.
