- Only payments processed via Paystack qualify for refunds.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
Please email support@bidsstack.com with the following:
- Your TenderScout account email
- Brief reason for your refund request
Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
