TenderScout provides fully digital software services through its platforms. All services are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

  • app.tenderscout.co.za: TenderScout application, account access, screening workflows, and subscription settings.

Digital Service Delivery

  • Immediate Access: Once your payment is confirmed through Paystack, your subscription is activated electronically and you can access your account.
  • Platform-Based Delivery: TenderScout is delivered entirely through the web application and related account systems.
  • Tender Document Processing: Users can upload tender documents so the platform can help review tender packs, extract key requirements, and generate screening insights.
  • Screening Workflows: The service is designed to support first-pass qualification, bid / no-bid assessment, and related internal review workflows.
  • Account-Based Access: Access is tied to the email address used to register your account and is subject to the limits and features of your selected plan.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable and uninterrupted availability of TenderScout services. Planned maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or unexpected downtime may occur. Where reasonably possible, updates will be posted publicly or communicated to users.

Plan Limits and Feature Availability

Access to certain features, usage limits, support levels, or workflow capacity may vary by plan. The specific limits and commercial terms of your selected subscription are communicated on the pricing page, at signup, or inside the application.

Electronic Fulfilment

Because TenderScout is a software service delivered digitally, fulfilment is considered complete when account access or subscription access is successfully provisioned. Continued use of the Service depends on maintaining an active subscription where required.
