  • Account Information: name, email address, billing and profile details.
  • Tender Documents and Uploaded Files: documents, forms, and related content uploaded to the Service for review or screening.
  • Usage Data: pages visited, actions taken, browser/device details, and basic analytics.
  • Payment Information: payment details are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Paystack. We do not store your full card details.

How We Use Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve TenderScout
  • Authenticate your account and manage subscriptions
  • Process uploaded tender documents to generate screening summaries, extracted requirements, fit and risk signals, and qualification insights
  • Support product functionality, troubleshooting, and security
  • Communicate with you about billing, support, service updates, or important changes

How Tender Documents Are Processed

Tender documents and related uploaded content are processed only as needed to operate the Service, including generating summaries, extracting key details, supporting first-pass qualification workflows, and improving the reliability of document handling within the platform.

Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and applying their own judgement when making bid / no-bid decisions or acting on platform-generated information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information only when necessary with:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers used to run the Service
  • Payment providers for subscription billing and transaction processing
  • Analytics or monitoring tools used to understand reliability and usage
  • Legal authorities where required by law or to protect the Company’s rights
